cancellation, Deposit and Refund Policy

Policy of Cancellation and Deposit of Bookings. 


The required deposit of 50% of the booked package(s) or Invoice (invoice related to multiple packages (s) on an Invoice) is due 48hours before the scheduled booking. If not received within 48 hours from booking, the booked photoshoot(s) will be postponed until the deposit is received by the customer. Customer has 48 hours (after the missed deposit due date) to complete the deposit to J.Taylor Photography Studios before a full cancellation of the Invoice/service is filled and Cancelled with a cancellation fee of 20% of the total Invoice due to non-payment to complete the 50% Deposit. After receiving the 50% deposit amount, the rest of the package due amount is due 24hours prior to photoshoot(s). If the due amount is not received by the scheduled photoshoot(s), there is an additional $35 Late Fee added to the total amount due that will be added to the photography package(s) invoice. The total invoice is required to be paid (in full) before the Photoshoot starts, or the photoshoot can be postponed or cancelled on the customer's behalf. 


There are no returns on Photography Package(s) due to their nature of being digital products and ordered items after photoshoot(s). If there is any dispute of agreed package(s), after agreement of Photography Package(s) selected, customer can exchange Photography Package(s), there is a 50% additional cost to the NEW SELECTED Package, this exchange has to happen 48 hours prior from scheduled photoshoot date and time agreed upon by J.Taylor Photography Studios and (you) Customer. This Fee is due to the changes that J.Taylor Photography Studios and the photographer(s) time to make the necessary changes to the new selected package for the customer(s). Exchanges have to be agreed upon, in-between J.Taylor Photography Studios and you (the customer), at the time of the agreed chosen package and selected agreed equipment needed for the photoshoot, before the scheduled date and time of the photoshoot, to be applied to these terms. If this agreement is not agreed upon before the scheduled photoshoot, the requested services for the photoshoot will be postponed until these terms are agreed upon, with the completed Invoice. there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this POLICY. J.Taylor Photography Studios has the right to make changes to this Policy at, anytime, without notice to the customer and public.
